These terms govern your use of homedesignideas.app, operated by Webdeb Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is

Home Design Ideas is a home design inspiration platform. Design images on this site are AI-generated concept visualisations — see our AI Disclosure — and do not depict real, existing properties. Nothing on this site is professional advice regarding structural safety, planning permission, building regulations, engineering, or construction costs. Always consult a qualified professional before undertaking renovation work.

AI Home Designer: private results and sharing

Photos you upload and the designs generated from them are private to your account by default, and are never shown to other users. If you choose to use the “Share” option on a generated design, that specific image is made available at a public link (for example, so you can post it to Pinterest or elsewhere) — you’re responsible for what you choose to share, since the underlying photo is of your own room or property. You can revoke a share at any time once that feature is available.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, mass-download, or resell the site’s content or images
• Interfere with the site’s operation (including excessive automated requests to any part of the site or its backend)
• Misrepresent AI-generated images from this site as photographs of real, existing properties

Intellectual property

The design images, written guides, and site design are owned by Webdeb Limited or licensed to it. You may share pages via the site’s own share links (including saving images to Pinterest via the built-in Save button) for personal, non-commercial reference. Bulk reuse, republishing, or commercial use requires our written permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any design idea shown is achievable at any particular cost, in any particular property, or under any particular local building regulation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webdeb Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including decisions made based on AI-generated design concepts shown here.

Payments, credits, and refunds

The AI Home Designer offers paid credit packs — see current pricing on the Buy Credits page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details, and Stripe is itself PCI-DSS compliant.

Credits are available to use immediately after purchase. As a UK-operated service, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your statutory cancellation rights for distance-sold digital content and services, regardless of where in the world you’re using the site from:

• If you haven’t used any credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of buying them.
• Once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase becomes non-refundable — by using a credit, you’re requesting immediate access to the service and acknowledging that your statutory cancellation right ends once performance has begun, per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Credits expire one month after your most recent purchase (a new purchase resets this clock); unused, expired credits aren’t refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
